The automatic control system consists mainly of the centralized control system， density control system and industrial TV monitoring and control system.

Outline

The centralized control system can realize coal clean-ing equipment automatic control，comprehensive protection，process interlocking and fault remedy. It plays a key role forhigher energy efficiency and reduction of equipment faults. In this system，2 IPC industrial control computers (2 hot spares backing up eachother) are used for upper-level management and operation control. The PLC coupled with associated con-trol devices constitutes a distributed centralized control system.

At each power distribution point， a control sub-station is set for interlocked start/stop control of main power equipment and exercising monitoring and control of equipment power source，current temperature，status and various protection functions. In the control room，mosaic mimic panels or large-screen LCDs are provided for real-time dynamic display of important process parameters，equipment operating status，data of various process links，flowsheet of individual process link，visual，audio and variable-color alarm signals， and curves.

After processing and screening by upper-level computer，the important data is sent to computer management network for overall plant information sharing.
