The series thickeners are developed through extensive improvement by reference to various types of high-efficiency thickeners.Yet the costs for the construction of such a thickener are similar to that for a conventional version.
Overall and Installation Dimensions
The thickener's rake rack is of truss structure while the bearing of its central slewing mechanism is of roll-rack structure for higher load-bearing capacity and longer service life. For the drive system，the direct motor-driven cycloid alpin-wheel reduction box is used.Because the drive system is rational and compact in structure，easy to maintain and high inefficiency，the thickener can operate with a very high capacity.
