It is a new-generation hi-tech screen developed independently on the basis of the theory derived through study of vibrating screens over years and absorption of overseas advanced banana screen technologies，and inline with national conditions. The screen principally used for sizing，dewatering and medium-draining operations vary in number of decks. The 3-deck version is mostly used for sizing while the 5-deck version is used predominately for dewatering and medium draining operations.

☆The standard units and parts，such as motors，bear ings oil seal， etc are all world brand-name products for ensuring the reliability of screen.

Under otherwise identical conditions，the capacity of the screen is 40-60% higher than other kinds of screens and its effciency is over 90%，reaching the advanced world level.

☆Rational in structure and high in processing precision The side plates are of frame structure with no welding work，and the cross beams and drive beams of the vibrators are also in frame structure for enhancing the overall screen rigidity and strength.The design is made based on the result of structural optimization and vibration analysis.

☆Moreover，the only special borer specifically devel-oped for processing vibrating scre cns，and the ver-sat ile numerical control machine tools are used for the manufacture of the screen.(With the former to process the side plates and bearing seats and the latter for fine finishing of axles) .For ensuring the trouble-free assembly of the screen，all the riveted and welded parts are subject to stress-relief treatment.

The vibrator is a high-power vibrator with spiral gear drive and externally adjustable block.The vibrator's synchronous gears are treated through high-frequency quenching and ground finishing.This en-ables the screen to operate smoothly with an exact speed and amplitude.
