Technical Features

The crusher recently developed by our company is suitable for coarse，intermediate and fine crushing of coal and coke. Its special features include：

Low over-crushingrate：It can perform a dual screen ing-crushing function，thus effectively avoiding the re-mixing of crushed material with crusher feed. When used for crushing coal and coke down to a size of-50mm，the-3mm over-crushing rates of coal and coke are less than 10% and 3% respectively.

Less investmentcosts：The dual screening-crushing function makes it possible to simplify crushing process and curtail of capital costs.

Low oversize fraction rate：Because the material is subject to forced crushing，the product size is strictly controlled with an oversize rate of<0.3%.

 Wide product size adjustable range：The clearance between 2 toothed rolls can be adjusted within a range of 1-5mm.

Long service life of crushing teeth：The teeth are made with special materials with a service life up to the advanced international leveL.
